Meditation, an ancestral practice of Eastern origin, was brought to the West in the 1970s and 1980s. 

Since then it has been growing in popularity. 

Although there are many misunderstandings in the use of meditation, I take it very seriously. 

So I graduated from university and studied to transform my meditative practice into a healthy and refreshing mental path. 

According to current scientific knowledge, to meditate is to raise the state of consciousness, focusing attention on the present and deepening the ability to be connected to each other and to the permanent dynamism of life.

Values ​​depend on the therapeutic needs, which are evaluated during the first appointment. Appointments value can be reduced according to patient social and family circumstances, however, base values ​​are 40€ appointment (outpatient office) or 50 € (home care).

In case of home care appointmens booked outside Greater Lisbon, to referred values should be added the value of kms (at the current legal rate), from the office to the place where patient meets and vice versa.
